Water Rate Increase

July 1, 2025

As of July 1, 2025 the cost of water will be:

New membership - $2,000.00

Engineering fee - $125.00

Move a meter - $1,000.00 plus Engineering fee

The monthly minimum is $32.50

1-10,000 gallons - $8.70 per thousand

10,001-50,000 gallons - $9.45 per thousand

50,001-100,000 gallons - $11.55 per thousand

100,000-150,000 gallons - $19.05 per thousand

150,000-200,000 gallons - $21.05 per thousand

200,000-250,000 gallons - $25.55 per thousand

250,000 and up - $30.55 per thousand
